It’s a trusim that schools are asking more of technology. Our computers must meet this demand and still be reliable and affordable.
At Compugen Education we take this need seriously. These days, a computer can’t miss a beat. If a desktop isn’t functioning properly in the classroom, then there is a student missing out on an opportunity. If a laptop can’t stay charged, then there is a lesson going unheard. In order to ensure that our computers provide the highest level of service and contribute vitally to the education you are providing, we offer a complete warranty on parts and labor for all of our refurbished laptops and desktops.
But that’s not all. Our warranty goes one step further. In order to make it as easy as possible to maintain your inventory of computers, we say: ship the problem computer back to our facility free of charge. Simply let us know what’s wrong, and we’ll send a courier to come and pick it up.
But wait a second. You might be thinking: how can they provide this level of service for refurbished computers?
Our refurbished computers perform better than most new computers. In fact, the rate of returns for new computers is higher than it is for refurbished! In order to make our warranty work, we have to make sure that our refurbishing process cuts out the lemons and leaves the computers spotless and functioning at 100%–otherwise we would be inundated with service tickets. In other words, we hold ourselves to a very high standard and you and your students are the beneficiaries.
You could also say that we’re just trying to be a great partner to all of our educational collaborators, and this is the best way we’ve figured to do it: excellent service and lifetime-guaranteed products.

- Replacement parts will be sent when deemed appropriate by Compugen Technician
- No Warranty on Batteries, Standalone Mice and Keyboards
- Pixel Failures within OEM Guidelines
- Application and Operating Software Issues
- Excludes Bios Updates
- Repairs Resulting From Abuse, Misuse or Neglect
- Hard Drive Sector Failure within OEM Guidelines
- Applies to Base Unit Only
- Out Of Scope Services are Billable at the then Prevailing Rates
