Our solution was simple. There’s nothing worse than having to send a computer back to the supplier when it’s malfunctioning. So – why should that be your responsibility? If our goal is provide you with high-performing computers, then if something goes wrong, let us do the work to make it right.
So we introduced the idea of Insta-Returns.
What Are Insta-Returns?
It’s simple. If a computer isn’t working as it should, give us a call, we’ll email you a shipping label. Put the computer in a box with the label and we’ll send a courier to pick it up. We’ll ship it back after fixing it, or we’ll ship back a replacement. It’s the least we can do.

One option would be for us to spend hours on the phone – wasting your time and wasting ours with troubleshooting in the dark. “No way,” we said.
Another option would be to force you to pay for the return shipping. “No way!” we said.
Finally we realized that this makes everyone’s job easier. We can fix the computers in our own facility – it’s fast and easy. And we get to see what happens to the computers once they leave our facility so we can improve our refurbishing process and supply line. That’s the entire principle of Quality Manufacturing and Distribution. We are disciples of this process. Most importantly it helps us develop real, trusting relationships with our clients.
