Compugen Education’s Honor Roll Certification program is remarkably thorough. Our immaculate 125,000 square-foot facility enables us to deep test a high volume of computers each week. And we’re tough graders. If a machine doesn’t test well, it doesn’t leave the facility.
Due to our exacting standards, we’re the first Canadian company in the reseller market to earn complete ISO 9001:2008 certifications for our entire ‘vendor to customer’ process.
Our desktop and laptop computers are guaranteed with a robust warranty. If something is wrong, we’ll send a replacement. And return shipping of the malfunctioning unit is free. If we weren’t totally 100% confident about our refurbished computers, we simply couldn’t make this guarantee.
What Does Refurbished Mean?
Refurbished comprises a variety of computers that come from different situations. Most have been used lightly and are now off-lease. Some have simply been opened and unused. All of them are perfectly functioning, like-new. No matter how “used” the computer was, we replace and reconfigure anything that’s needed and deliver it to you fresh from our facility. New or used?
